This license is needed if you are going to engage in the business of selling, installing, leasing, monitoring or maintaining an alarm system in the City and County of Denver. Alarm systems that are located in government or public school buildings are exempt from licensing.
Important Requirement: If your business is located in the City and County of Denver you must obtain a Zone Use Permit before applying for a Alarm Company License.
