 Emergency Medical Vehicle Company/Vehicle Minimize


Required: A license is required to operate an emergency medical vehicle company within the city except for a service which operates outside the city and must transport a person from outside the city to a hospital in the city for treatment. An emergency medical vehicle service is a business engaged in the business of transportation of patients by emergency medical vehicles. Each vehicle must receive a permit. An emergency medical vehicle is any privately or publicly owned land or airborne vehicle equipped for the transportation of injured or sick individuals. The operators of these vehicles must be an emergency medical technician.
