A license is required for a business that paints, repairs or services cars, motorcycles, or any other motor vehicle or any part thereof, but does not include washing or polishing of vehicles or servicing of motor vehicles by the owner or lessee of the vehicle for personal use. Each separate building or structure even if on the same premises shall obtain a separate license.
