 Ice Cream Vendor Minimize


It is unlawful to any person to sell or offer for sale ice cream or frozen dairy products on the streets, alleys or other public places without having a license. The license must be prominently displayed by being attached to the vendor’s clothing or to a cord worn around the neck and be visible at all times. The ice cream vendor’s license is required in addition to a mobile retail food establishment or pushcart license. A food peddler license is not required for an ice cream vendor operating as a food peddler. No sales or offers to sell shall be made between sunset and 10:00 a.m.
