 Parking Lot/Garage Minimize


Required:
No person shall operate or maintain a parking lot without first obtaining a license therefor. A parking lot is any place used in whole or in part for storing or parking three or more motor vehicles where a storage or parking fee is charged. This does not include those structures built for the purpose of providing off-street parking in compliance with zoning requirements. It also does not include apartment house parking lots used for storage or parking of residents who reside in the apartment house or parking lots for which a temporary use permit has been obtained through Zoning.

Inspections required: Zoning; Traffic Engineer

Fees: Application fee 1-10 spaces: $50

License Fee: : $50

Application fee 11-50 spaces: $75; License fee: $75

Application fee 51-100 spaces: $100; License fee: $100

Application fee 100+ spaces: $150; License fee: $150.
