Directions:  The Excise and Licenses office is located on the 2nd floor  (Room 2.H.9) in the Wellington E. Webb Municipal Office Building which is located
on the corner of 14th and Bannock Streets.  The office is just north of the City and County Building and north of Civic Center Park at Colfax Avenue. Office hours are: 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Business and Liquor Division: Monday thru Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Alarms Division:  Monday thru Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. 
 
 Effective Monday, November 17, Excise & Licenses will have minimum staff available from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. During that time there will be a maximum of two employees to serve the public. Please try and conduct the bulk of your business between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. or from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Thank you for your cooperation.
 
The best time to visit the Business License Division is between the hours of 7:30-10:00 a.m.
