Required: A license is required for swimming pools which are bodies of water sufficiently deep for complete immersion of the body and used collectively by a number of persons for swimming or recreative bathing. It does not include private swimming pools used solely for family purposes, located in conjunction with no more than three family dwellings or private or public baths where the main object is the cleaning of the body or the practice of healing art, unless such baths consist of a pool or pools used collectively by a number of individuals.
