A kickoff meeting for the 38th and Inca Station Area Plan was held on Wednesday, January 23rd, 2008 at the Smedley Elementary School cafeteria. Click on the links below to download the material from this public workshop:
 

The 38th and Inca Station Area Plan will document a vision and strategies for maximizing transit oriented development potential in the area surrounding the future 38th and Inca FasTracks transit station.  The planning process will involve extensive public participation, so please stay posted for public meeting announcements!
