In celebration of its 150th anniversary, the City and County of Denver selected 150 of its citizens to honor as “unsung heroes” – ordinary people who have done extraordinary things to help make Denver a better city for this and future generations. The event at the Colorado History Museum was held in conjunction with the opening of a new exhibit, Imagine a Great City: Denver at 150.
