General Statement of Work
Work will consist of removal of deficient concrete ADA ramps, curbs, gutters, sidewalk panels, cross pans, concrete streets, and alley pavement. The concrete will be replaced to restore the structure to its original condition. If the asphalt pavement is damaged during construction the surrounding area will be removed and replaced with new asphalt. If landscaping and/or sprinklers are damaged during construction, they will be replaced. The work includes hauling and disposal of material removed. This is a Maximum Value hard bid contract. The maximum contract amount is $3,000,000.00.

Estimated Construction Cost: The maximum contract amount is $3,000,000.00. The maximum amount to be paid for all work performed under this contract shall in no event exceed the sum of $3,000,000.00 (contract amount is no guarantee of work).

Prequalification: Each bidder must be prequalified in category 1F(3) Concrete Sidewalk, Curb, Gutter, and ADA Ramps at or above the $3,000,000.00 monetary level in accordance with the City’s Rules and Regulations Governing Prequalification of Contractors. Each bidder must have submitted a prequalification application a minimum of ten (10) calendar days prior to the response due date.
