Residential rental property

As part of our ongoing outreach efforts there will be an in person Q&A session for program questions, as well as application support on April 4th, 2023, from 10am-1pm at the Ross University Hills Library at 4310 E Amherst Ave. Computers will be available for public use during this session.

On May 3, 2021, the Denver City Council passed a new ordinance requiring a residential rental property license. This is for anyone offering, providing, or operating a residential rental property in the City and County of Denver. A residential rental property is any building, structure, or accessory dwelling unit. It is rented or offered for rent as a residence for 30 days or more at a time.
