ADUs in Denver Open House - Virtual
Join Denver Community Planning and Development for a virtual open house for the ADUs in Denver project! Accessory dwelling units, or ADUs, are self-contained, smaller living spaces that are an extension of an existing property. Read more about ADUs and their history in Denver.
Learn about the project's draft recommendations to remove barriers to ADU construction and ensure ADUs fit in a variety of neighborhoods. You will have the opportunity to review the draft recommendations and speak with city planners about your feedback and any questions you have. Feedback will be used to further refine the recommendations before they are considered by the Denver City Council.
