Upcoming Elections

The Denver Elections Division will administer the 2026 State Primary Election Election on Tuesday, June 30, 2026.

Elections are held every year. The type and timing of elections changes based on the year.

  • A General Election is held on the first Tuesday in November every year.
  • A State Primary Election is held every other June.
  • A Presidential Primary Election is held every fourth March, in presidential election years. The next presidential primary will take place in 2028.
