Permit Fees: Building and Land Development

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover as well as cash and personal checks at the counter. To set up a credit card payment account, download our credit card processing form.

  • Vending Cart

Effective January 1, 2019 all right-of way street cut, street occupancy and ROW construction permits must be submitted online through E-Permits.

Register for an account, add your contractor's license, check permit status and pay fees online. Report any issues to pwpermits@denvergov.org
