Submit cart requests through your Denver Utilities Online account. You will be able to track the status of your request through your account.
If you haven't created an account, you can also submit your request online:
- Report an Issue
- Select Trash/Recycle/Compost (Issue)
- Select Upsize/Downsize and scroll down to What size cart do you need to select the new size. If additional comments are required, enter your collection location (such as "curb" or "alley").
- Submit your service address in the next screen.
- If you create a denvergov account, you can also log in to check the status of this request.
Do not submit multiple requests for the same issue.
