Report missed collections or other service-related issues at Denver Utilities Online or on denvergov.org.
Service will be delayed one day following the holidays listed below:
2023
When your service falls on or after a holiday, your collection will be delayed one day for the rest of that week only. There will be no delays for city holidays that do not impact collection schedules.
For example, for a Monday holiday, collections will be on Tuesday, Tuesday's collection on Wednesday, etc., etc., with Thursday's collections on Friday for that week only.
Large item pickup service occurs once a month on your regular collection day. Enter your service address into the home address bar on this page and select Calendar to display your next collection days. Expand the Large Item Pickup block to see your next day, or look for the light blue dot on the monthly calendar view.

You can also see schedule information at bit.ly/DenverReRouteMap by entering your address in the "Find address or place" search bar at the top of the map or by zooming into the map to find their location. When the map displays your address or location, click the colored box to see your trash collection day and large item pick up day (e.g. 1 is the first week of the month).
If your trash or recycling collection wasn't completed on your scheduled day, please leave carts out for crews to collect before the end of the week. Crews are tracking routes that need to be completed. Make sure your carts are accessible and that the area is clear of snow. Report other service-related issues to us at Denver Utilities Online or on denvergov.org. Do not submit duplicate tickets for issues as this will slow our response times.
If your trash, compost, or recycling was missed (and not for one of the above reasons), please call us at 311 (720-913-1311).
You can also submit a service request through Denver Utilities Online.
