Cherry Creek Recycling Drop-off

The Cherry Creek Recycling Drop-off provides a convenient and free way for Denver residents to keep extra recyclables out of the landfill and to compost yard debris and food scraps. Located at 7400 Cherry Creek S Dr, Denver, CO 80231.

Operating Hours: 

  • Tuesday-Friday: 9am-12pm and 1pm-4.30pm (closed 12-1pm)
  • Saturday: 8am-12pm and 1pm-3pm (closed 12-1pm)
  • Closed Sundays, Mondays, and City Holidays 

NOTE: The Cherry Creek Recycling Drop-Off will be CLOSED November 27-December 1.

Disposal Guidelines:

  • Denver residents only; proof of residency required.
  • 2 visits allowed per resident, per day.
  • Common residential vehicles only. No commercial vehicles or aftermarket truck bed side walls.
  • No commercial use or landscaping materials.
  • No box trucks or trailers.
  • Accepted materials shown below. Only household recycling and compost material accepted.
  • Branches must be no more than 4ft in length, 4in in diameter, and may be up to truck roof level. No dirt or sod accepted.
  • No paint or hazardous material accepted.  

Employees will enforce all safety and disposal guidelines.
